Heavy load structural galvanized strip takes Q355 high-strength low alloy steel as substrate, designed for heavy bearing outdoor engineering components. Q355 features far higher yield and tensile strength than Q195 and Q235, with excellent impact resistance and anti-fatigue performance under long dynamic load. Adopting thickened hot-dip galvanizing process with zinc coating up to 280g/㎡, matched with chromium-free sealing passivation to boost salt fog resistance for coastal and chemical plant corrosive environments. The production line adds secondary surface leveling to eliminate coiling stress, preventing bending deformation during large component cutting and assembling. Strict mechanical property sampling is executed for every furnace batch, ensuring consistent high strength of each coil to meet structural safety standards of national and international engineering projects. Unlike soft Q195 forming strip, this product targets load-bearing parts that cannot deform under heavy pressure.

Core Performance Advantages

Q355 substrate yield strength reaches over 350MPa, enabling finished brackets and frames to bear heavy weight without permanent deformation, meeting photovoltaic support, machinery frame safety requirements. Ultra-thick zinc layer withstands 500h neutral salt spray test without rust spots, 2–3 times longer service life than Q195 ordinary galvanized strip in high-salt, high-humidity coastal areas. Great low-temperature impact toughness avoids brittle fracture in alpine outdoor environments. Good composite performance of strength and anti-corrosion integrates structural bearing and rust prevention, eliminating the need for separate paint coating after installation, simplifying construction procedures and cutting project labor cost. Stable mechanical performance maintains strength under normal working temperature without attenuation.
