2 : What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?
Our standard MOQ is typically 25 tons (approximately one 20ft container).
However, for new clients wishing to test our quality, or for orders with specific custom requirements, we can accommodate smaller trial orders. Please discuss your needs with us.
3: What is the lead time from order placement to delivery ?
For standard stock items, we ship within 7–10 days of receiving your deposit or L/C.
For custom sizes or specialized materials, production typically takes 15–25 days. Ocean transit to Jakarta or Surabaya generally adds another 10–15 days (depending on the port of origin and shipping schedules).
4 : How can I ensure the quality of the steel before it is shipped?
In addition to providing high-resolution photos, videos, and complete MTCs (Mill Test Certificates) prior to shipment, we also warmly welcome you—or your representatives or a third-party inspection agency (such as SGS)—to visit our factory and conduct an on-site inspection.
