Soft Q195 base matches thin gauge 0.2–1.2mm production, avoiding rigid deformation of Q235 thin strip during micro bending for refrigerator, air conditioner inner parts. The zinc coating is thin but evenly distributed, will not cause assembly gap deviation for precise electrical component matching, supporting fixed-length cutting and ultra-narrow slitting customized according to home appliance factory mold sizes.
